Office of the Medical Superintendent, Punjab Institute of Neurosciences (PINS), Lahore invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income-tax and sales-tax registered firms for framework contracts and services for FY 2026-27. Procurement will be carried out through the ePADS / Punjab e-procurement system. Bidding will follow PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules (Single Stage – Two Envelope as per Rule 38(2)(a)). Bidders must upload bids on ePADS and submit the original financial instrument (bid security) in hard copy as required.
