Project Director (PSDP) – Improvement & Development of Buleda Town Infrastructure (P&D Department, Balochistan)

Issuer: Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department (PP&H Section).

Purpose: Appointment of a Project Director for the PSDP-funded project titled "Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town – Phase I & II" on a contract basis.

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following: BS/BE in Engineering (with PEC registration), MBA/MPA in Project Management, or a Master's / 4-year BS degree in Economics or other relevant fields.

Experience & Eligibility: Minimum 10 years professional experience in rural and urban planning, infrastructure development, and project management across public and private sectors. Must have sound knowledge of Government of Pakistan project planning and management procedures. Relevant experience as Project Director in the public sector in Balochistan is an advantage.

Age Limit: Minimum 40 years; Maximum 62 years (as of date of appointment).
