Eligibility & submission details:
- Only GST-registered firms may submit sealed tenders with required samples/technical specifications.
- Earnest money: 5% of the bid value in the form of pay order / bank draft must be enclosed with the tender in favour of Director General Pakistan Coast Guards.
- Rates quoted by firms must be valid up to 2027-06-30.
- Bidding documents (including quantities, terms & conditions) are available from Headquarters Pakistan Coast Guards, Kayani Shaheed Road, Saddar, Karachi-3 on any working day between 0900 and 1200 hours until closing of the tender.
- Pre-qualification will be conducted strictly as per PPRA Rules 15 to 18. Pakistan Coast Guards reserve the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 33. Suppliers/contractors may be disqualified for materially inaccurate or incomplete information as per PPRA Rule 18.
