District Police Officer Bahawalpur – E-Bids for Miscellaneous Goods, Services & Repairs (Estimated PKR 150M)

Issuer: District Police Officer, Bahawalpur. Framework contract e-bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Single Stage Two Envelope) for purchase/provision of miscellaneous items, services and repair of other/residential buildings for Financial Year 2026-2027.

Key dates & submission: E-Bid submission deadline on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal: 2026-08-03 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-03 at 10:30 AM (in the presence of bidders or their representatives) under PPRA Rule 30(1). Bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the submission deadline.

Bid security & guarantees: Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in physical form (CR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) in favour of the District Police Officer, Bahawalpur, as required under PPRA rules. On acceptance, the successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 3% of the total contract value as per PPRA Rules 2014, Section 56.

Bid validity & contract period: Bid validity is until the close of the Financial Year i.e. 2026-06-30. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage "Two Envelope" e-bidding process).
