Tender: Construction, Rehabilitation & Improvement of Municipal Infrastructure — Municipal Committee Hurramzai

The Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Hurramzai invites electronic bids for construction, rehabilitation and improvement of municipal infrastructure works at different wards of Municipal Committee Hurramzai for the year 2026 (based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023). Procurement will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure (electronic submission only).
- Bidding documents: NIT & Bidding Document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
- Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard. Physical bids are not required.
- Deadline for electronic submission: 2026-08-20 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM on the EPPS System.
- Note: Bidders who downloaded the Bidding Document(s) before 2026-08-03 are required to download the amended Bidding Document(s).

Eligibility & conditions:

- Bid security of 3% must accompany the bid in the prescribed form issued in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
