Tender: Supply of HDPE Pipes for Water Supply Scheme — Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following work approved under PSDF 2026-27. Time limit: three months.

Key procurement instructions and requirements:

• Issuing authority: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti.
• Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules.
• Eligibility: Detailed eligibility, qualification and mandatory requirements are provided in the bidding documents. For procurement of pipes, manufacturers (producers) are eligible to participate.
• Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents to be downloaded from the BPPRA website.
• Tender fee: Rs. 5,000 (to be deposited through Green Challan under relevant Head of Account). Original paid Green Challan must be submitted with the bid.
• Bid security: 4% of the bid price in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Procuring Agency; CDR must be submitted/scanned with the bid.
• Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically through the BPPRA e-Procurement System (ePPS).
• Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-02-08 at 22:00 (10:00 PM).
• Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-02-08 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.
• Note: Bidders may check bid status on ePPS. Non-compliance with prescribed eligibility/qualification requirements will render a bid non-responsive.
