Port Qasim Authority Tender: Hiring 117 Toyota Hiace AC Vans (Model 2019+)

Issuer: Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Bin Qasim, Karachi. Reference: Procurement for the "Hiring of 117 Toyota Hiace AC Vans with Chassis Code 224 (Made in Japan) or Equivalent" (Contract ref: P73024).

Purpose: Procurement/hiring of 117 passenger vans for Port Qasim Authority under funds reserved for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27.

Procurement Procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope under Open Competitive Bidding adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must comply with the bidding documents and instructions issued by the Authority.

Submission Requirements: Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Paks Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual/physical submissions will not be entertained. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document (Pay Order or Bid Security Declaration in the prescribed format).

Vendors must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit e-bids.
