By order of Muhammad Naseer Uddin, Civil Judge (Islamabad West), a property at House No. 34, Nazimuddin Road, Sector F-6/1, Islamabad (Area: 533.33) will be sold by public auction. The reserve price is Rs 250,000,000.
The auction will be held on 31 August 2026 at 3:00 PM at the property address. A cheque for 20% of the bid amount in the name of the court must be deposited on the spot or with the nazir of the court; the successful bidder will be announced on the spot and must pay the remaining balance within 15 days.
