Auction Notice – Disposal of Shell Base Oils and Scrap Items at Chashma (Mianwali)

Sealed quotations are invited for disposal of the undermentioned items on an "as is where is" basis. Quotations should follow the terms below.

How to apply / Important terms

- Tender documents can be purchased from the W-H Site Office for Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable).

- Inspection: Items may be inspected at the above premises on any working day (Monday to Thursday) from 09:00 to 15:00. Interested persons must bring their original CNIC at the time of inspection/visit for security clearance.

- Earnest money: A call deposit of 10% of the quoted price as earnest money (refundable) in favour of Manager (Accounts), Site Office, must accompany the quotation.

- Submission: Sealed quotations, with copy of CNIC, phone/cell number and firm details, must reach the W-H Site Office, Chashma within 20 days after the advertisement. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Quotation for Scrap Items."

- Opening: Quotations will be opened at Abaseen Club, Chashma Colony, District Mianwali in the presence of interested, security-cleared bidders.

- Payment by successful bidder: The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the offered value immediately in cash with the Accounts cashier at the spot. The balance, plus applicable income tax (10%; non-filers 15%), must be paid in cash within 10 days. Failure to pay within the specified time will lead to forfeiture of the security deposit (25%) and cancellation of the offer.

- Rates: Must state whether inclusive or exclusive of GST. If GST is not mentioned, quoted rates will be treated as inclusive of GST.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per prevailing rules.
