TMA Wana E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (Close 2026-08-28)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Wana, Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. TMA Wana invites e-bids for the supply/fabrication of solid waste machinery under the Single Stage – Two Envelope method (KPPRA Rules 2014). The vehicle chassis will be supplied by TMA.

Eligibility and key conditions:

- Eligible bidders: Manufacturers/Fabricators/Suppliers/Firms having NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Registration and e-bidding: Bidders must be registered on the EPAD/EPADS supplier portal: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS.

- Submission deadline: E-bids must be uploaded on or before 2026-08-28 until 11:30 AM (technical bids on EPADS will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM).

- Bid security: ORIGINAL two percent (2%) bid security of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Wana" must be sealed in an envelope and reach TMO TMA Wana before the closing date and time.

- Pricing and delivery: All rates to be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff.

- Taxes and compliance: All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules will apply.

- Evaluation and opening: Technical proposals will be evaluated per the bid document; non-conforming proposals will be rejected. Financial bids of technically responsive firms will be opened publicly at a time and venue to be communicated after technical evaluation.

- Other: Incomplete, conditional, late-submitted or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase Order is subject to release/availability of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
