The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan invites electronic bids (Single Stage Double Envelope) from eligible Government-registered contractors for the works listed below. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS system and physical financial instruments where required. Submission deadline: 26 August 2026 at 12:00 Noon. Reference: INF (P) 4020/26.
Key instructions:
- Eligibility: Government-registered contractors.
- Procedure: Single Stage Double Envelope; bids to be uploaded on EPADS and physical financial documents/call deposits (CDR) sent by courier to the undersigned office before closing time.
- Financial bids must include the required call deposit as per KPPPRA rules. If quoted rates are more than 20% below, a sealed rate analysis must be included in the financial proposal.
- Failure to upload on EPADS or to submit physical CDR/rate analysis where required will result in rejection or debarment for one year as per KPPPRA rules.
- No Certificate of Release (COR) will be issued until finalization of the tender (issuance of work order) as per KPPPRA rules. Other terms: as per KPPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs and other relevant laws.
