Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai invites sealed tenders (MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual and Non-MRS items) electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRRA rules. Eligible contractors must hold a valid PEC licence in the relevant category and be enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to apply and key requirements:
1. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS (eprocure.gop.pk) after publishing the NIT on KPPRRA.
2. Bid Security: As specified per scheme. Original call deposit receipt for bid security must be submitted in favour of Procuring Entity/TMO Dargai as required.
3. Mandatory documents: valid PEC licence, registration with Local Council Board (LCB), registration with KP Revenue Authority (NTN), CNIC of MD/owner, power of attorney (if applicable), original CNIC and additional security as applicable. Bidders must upload scanned copies and submit originals as required.
4. The procuring entity may reject bids, and award of contract is subject to availability of funds and KPPRRA/KPPRA rules. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
5. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPAD website and must be filled clearly. Sealed bids sent by registered mail/courier are acceptable to reach the specified date and time.
