ISMO e-Bids: Hiring Legal Consultancy Services (Corporate & Regulatory; Contracts & Dispute Resolution)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites e-bids for the hiring of legal consultancy services. Interested and eligible registered suppliers are invited to submit electronic bids through PPRA's EPADS portal as detailed below.

- Registration & Submission: Bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS and submit bids electronically via https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.

- Documents & Access: E-bidding documents containing terms and conditions, procurement procedure, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria and other relevant details are available through ISMO's website (www.ismo.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).

- Procurement Procedure: The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2004 and related regulations/guidelines.

- Clarifications: Prospective bidders may request clarifications on any aspect of the bidding documents by 2026-08-18. Queries may be emailed to [email protected].

- Deadline & Opening: All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-08-27 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the Committee Room, ISMO Building, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
