SPHF Invitation for Bids: IT Equipment Procurement (IFB No. PK-SPHF-17-GO-NCB)

The Government of Sindh's Sindh People's Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) invites sealed e-bids for procurement of IT equipment including laptops, desktop PCs and accessories under IFB No. PK-SPHF-17-GO-NCB dated 21 July 2026. Bidding is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended) and detailed specifications are in the bidding documents available from the SPHF website.

Eligible companies with at least five years' relevant experience and a proven track record of completing a minimum of two similar assignments should submit e-bids via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.sphf.gos.pk; inquiries to [email protected]. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day as closing.
