Tender: Supply and Repair Contracts for Gilgit-Baltistan House Islamabad – FY 2026–27

The General Administration Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan (Gilgit-Baltistan House Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed government-registered firms, suppliers and contractors for procurement and supply of items and repair services for FY 2026–2027, including miscellaneous items, stationery & printing, uniforms, transport repair, machinery repair, furniture & fixtures, and equipment (e.g., AC, fridge).

Tenders must reach the office of the undersigned at Gilgit-Baltistan House, Islamabad by 07-08-2026 at 10:30 am; bids will be opened the same day (usually 11:30 am). Eligibility requirements include GST/NTN registration, presence of workshop/store in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, submission of earnest money by demand draft/pay order in favor of Chief Comptroller Gilgit-Baltistan House Islamabad (call deposits specified per category ranging from Rs.50,000 to Rs.150,000), bank statement, work experience, registration certificate and non-blacklisting certificate. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected; procurements will follow PPRA rules.
