Financial Management Specialist (Program Implementation Unit) — Punjab Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (Contract)

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department — Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for the project “Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals”. Applications are invited for a contractual Financial Management Specialist position.

General terms & application notes:

- Appointment on contract basis under the Government of Punjab recruitment policy 2022. This vacancy is purely post-specific, non-transferable and project-based and will not be considered for regular appointment.

- Transgender candidates are eligible to apply. General age relaxation as per Government of the Punjab rules.

- Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.

- Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government service must apply through proper channel. No TA/DA will be paid for tests/interviews.

- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university. CV must clearly detail experience in ADB, World Bank and other donor-financed projects with supporting documentary evidence (experience certificates, project details, etc.).

- Submission of false documents or concealment of facts will result in disqualification. Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained; only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview and will be required to present original documents at that time.
