Tender Notice — Multiple Building & Repair Works, District Ziarat (Balochistan)

The Executive Engineer, Building & Communications Works, PPH& District Ziarat invites sealed percentage-rate tenders (CSR 2026 Balochistan) from eligible Contractors/Firms for multiple civil works in District Ziarat. Completion period for all advertised works: 30 June 2027. Earnest money: 3% of the bid cost in the form of a call deposit for each work.

Key works (representative): renovation/repair of Police Thana (Tehsil Ziarat); repair, renovation and security measures at CAA Complex, Ziarat; construction and security measures at Deputy Commissioner Complex, Ziarat; construction of classrooms (two rooms) with boundary wall at a primary school (GGPS Shartkal, Sanjavi); repairs of Boys Primary Schools and other small civil works for government facilities across Tehsil Sinjavi and Tehsil Ziarat. Each work is published as a separate tender package with a specified Tender Fee and eligibility category (typically C-6 & above).

Application / submission details:

• Last date & time for bid submission: 2026-06-09 (tenders to be submitted by the advertised time).
• Tender opening will follow on the specified date/time in the tender documents.
• Bids to be deposited through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Ziarat Branch under head C-02716 (Building CWPP&H Receipt) as specified in the tender documents.
• Bid security: 3% of bid cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the undersigned (original CDR to be submitted with the bid).
• Eligibility requirements (summary): Active Taxpayer on FBR ATL, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/specialized codes), valid registration with other authorities as applicable, not blacklisted. Bidders must meet the experience and turn-over criteria as per the tender documents.
