Pishin Roads Department Tender: Eight BT Road Construction Works (PSDP) – Bid Deadline 2026-08-20

Issuing Authority: Executive Engineer, Communication Department (Roads), CWP&P&H Department, District Pishin (Balochistan). Sealed bids are invited for the construction of multiple BT road works under PSDP on Composite Schedule of Rates 2026. Earnest money: 3% of the estimated cost in the shape of Call Deposit.

Eligibility & key conditions: Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and field, and up-to-date tax registrations (NTN, sales tax & professional tax where applicable). Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Rules. Method of procurement: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope. Bid validity: 90 days. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), CWP&P&H District Pishin on payment of the stated tender fee on production of CNIC and valid PEC registration. Call Deposit/Challan and required documents must be attached with the Technical Proposal. Bids without required call deposit will be rejected.

Submission & opening: Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes by the stated deadline (see 'Last date'). Technical envelopes will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For bid security, a Call Deposit of 3% of the estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer (Roads), CWP&P&H District Pishin is required. No bank drafts & bankers cheque will be acceptable for bid security other than call deposit as specified.
