Eligibility & requirements (as stated): 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity; 15,000,000 in previous 3 years; turnover of at least 1,000,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years; presence in Active Tax Payer List; Sales Tax Certificate; the bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Bidders must submit required bid security and bidding document fee. Warranty/Guarantee: bidder/firm must provide a 90-day warranty/guarantee on company letterhead to replace the animal in case of infertility, disease, or pre-existing defects.
