Notice Inviting Tender — Road Repair & Construction Works, District Surab (4 Packages)

The Executive Engineer, Roads CWP&P&H Department, District Surab invites sealed tenders (composite schedule of rates 2026, G.O.B. amended) from interested contractors/firms. Tender fee: PKR 1,500 (green challan to be deposited in head of account C-02716).

Key eligibility & submission requirements: Contractors must be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above (relevant discipline), and registered with tax authorities (NTN, Sales Tax) and Baluchistan Revenue Authority where applicable. Bidders should demonstrate financial capacity (turnover for last 3 years), completion of at least three similar assignments, and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation affecting their ability to perform. Single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents available from the Executive Engineer’s office on payment or may be downloaded from the BPPRA website. Issuance and submission instructions follow departmental/BPPRA rules.

Submission deadline: Tenders will be received in the office up to 12:00 PM on 2026-08-20 and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
