Municipal Committee Hafizabad Invites E-Bids for Eid Milad-un-Nabi 2026 Event Arrangements

Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites single-stage single-envelope e-bids from reputable, financially sound firms/contractors/companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system for the procurement of the following work under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

- Firms/contractors/companies must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, Professional Tax where applicable).

- Contractors should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above where applicable.

- Bidders must attach a fresh affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by PPRA and are not currently in litigation.

- Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement Regulatory Authority (e-Procurement of Punjab). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid via the Punjab e-Procurement System as instructed on the portal.

- The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee in accordance with Rule 56 of PPRA Rules 2014 (call deposit or bank guarantee) and comply with Local Government (Works) Rules where applicable.

- Rates quoted in bids must be firm, clear, and legible; incomplete, ambiguous, or unfilled bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Non-responsive, non-realized, non-signed, or non-stamped bids will be rejected.

- Bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and other details can be downloaded from the PPRA/e-Procurement portal prior to the closing date.
