Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Hangu invites electronic bids through the ePAD system (single stage single envelope) from PEC-registered contractors (in the relevant category and KPPRA) for multiple civil works in District Hangu under Hangu Area Development Project.
Key instructions: tender documents are available on the ePAD system and from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Hangu. Bids must be submitted online via the ePAD portal in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors quoting up to 10% below the Engineer’s estimate shall submit bid security @2% of the Engineer’s Estimate. Other standard KPPRA/ePAD conditions apply as described in the bidding documents.
