Issuer: Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Hiring of firm(s) for provision of human resource and security services on an as-and-when-required basis. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PES). Interested firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (PES).
Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System only. Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security: 2% of the estimated amount for each lot. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per applicable Punjab PPRA Rules. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the rules.
