| Education | Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent; or Master's in IT / Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Relevant certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 6 years in IT (at least 3 years in support & operations of IT applications within banking/financial institution). Experience with multi-platform databases and development/execution of queries/procedures preferred. |
| Key Skills | Developing complex queries and stored procedures; SQL scripting for data extraction/updates; Microsoft Visual Studio; Crystal Reports; .NET technologies; strong analytical and communication skills; hands-on technical & operational support to business users; ability to work with cross-functional teams. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Daily/weekly/monthly data extractions and uploads to MIS database; develop/maintain MIS data-extraction scripts; archive MIS data; ensure timely/accurate availability of MIS data; prepare audit reports (including for State Bank of Pakistan inspections); maintain backups; manage customer-wise advances including regular and NPL accounts; coordinate with DB administration on repository size and recommendations; assist internal/external audits and SBP inspections; perform other assignments as directed. |
