Tender: Laying of Tuff Pavers in Taunsa Sharif — Municipal Committee (Bid due 2026-08-25)

Municipal Committee Taunsa Sharif invites sealed tenders from contractors registered under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017 for FY 2026-27. Completed tenders will be received on 2026-08-25 at 02:00 PM and opened at 02:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the tender opening committee. All procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and PPRA regulations.

• Eligibility: Suppliers/contractors must be registered with the Sales Tax Department / relevant PRA.
• All applicable taxes will be deducted at the time of payment.
• Bid documents, designs, drawings and specifications can be collected from the Municipal Officer (Infra) office during office hours.
• If a contractor submits a bid below 05%, performance security/guarantee up to 10% of the estimated price must be deposited within 15 days; failure to deposit will result in forfeiture and rejection.
• Municipal Committee may reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
• Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut/overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected.
• After issuance of the work order to the lowest bidder, the contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper of value specified by the Government.
• Contractors issued work orders are responsible for conducting required quality control tests at their own expense.
• Expenditure will be charged to MC Taunsa budget FY 2026-27.
