Tender: Construction of Jadgamalikaly/Mar Road — Executive Engineer Roads, Pishin

Executive Engineer, Communication Department (Roads), C&W Pishin invites electronic bids for the construction of Jadgamalikaly / Mar Road in District Pishin, Balochistan under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014.

Eligibility: Contractors must have valid registration/renewal with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (C3 & above indicated) and valid tax registration (NTN, Sales Tax & Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable). Firms with appropriate experience as per bidding documents are eligible.

Method of Procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelope. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals electronically; no physical bids will be accepted.

Bid Document & Payment: Bidding documents can be obtained online from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk / www.bppra.gob.pk) and from the office on production of a Green Challan or payment to the Government account (Civil Works account C-02716 at National Bank of Pakistan) as specified in the notice.

Submission & Opening: Deadline for electronic submission is 2026-08-20 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Late or incomplete bids may be rejected as per the procuring agency's rules.
