Punjab Finance Department Tender for Janitorial Services (Framework Contract)

The Finance Department, Government of the Punjab invites bids for provision of janitorial services for its offices under a one-year framework contract. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility & mandatory bid documentation

• Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost in the manner prescribed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Affidavit on stamp paper confirming the company/firm is not blacklisted and is not involved in litigation that may affect contract execution.
• Bank certificate/statement proving financial soundness.
• Proof of NTN and Income Tax / General Sales Tax registration and proof of tax payments where applicable.
• Professional Tax Certificate and company profile.
• Acceptance of terms and conditions, with tender documents duly signed and stamped.

Instructions

• Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
• Detailed bidding documents, scope of services, and itemized specifications can be downloaded via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (as directed by the Finance Department) and will include financial and technical submission requirements.
• Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the stated deadline and will be opened at the announced time.
