Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur invites sealed online bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs) for the following works, goods and services. Method of procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelope (as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules).

Important instructions:
- Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted online through EPADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Bidding documents will also be available on the Aror University website (www.aror.edu.pk).
- Required bid security and non-refundable tender processing fee must be submitted in favor of "Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur". Separate bid processing fee and bid security are required for each tender.
- Bids not accompanied by bid security and non-refundable processing fee, bids received without signature & stamp, bids not submitted on the SPPRA/EPADs portal, or bids missing required documents will be rejected.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
