Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) for long-term lease of Pakistan Railways prime land at Mardan Station Yard on a 33-year lease model. Bidders shall quote non-refundable Commitment Fee/Premium and Gross Revenue Share. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended).
