NDMA Public Auction: 22 Vehicles and 7 Motorbikes — Islamabad, 2026-08-18

Issuer: Government of Pakistan — Prime Minister's Office, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad.

NDMA invites bids at a public auction for a block of vehicles and motorbikes. Inspection and auction schedule, lot details, and key terms are below.

Inspection: 17th August 2026 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad.

Auction: 18th August 2026 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad — 1500 Hrs.

Participation requirements: Bidders must bring original CNIC to the auction. A pay order / bank draft in favour of NDMA is required as follows: Rs. 10,000 per motorcycle; Rs. 25,000 per vehicle up to 1300 cc; Rs. 50,000 per vehicle above 1300 cc.

Payment and deposit: The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot; this amount will be refunded after depositing the full payment of the vehicle in Government Treasury. Failure to deposit the remaining amount within the prescribed time limit of three days will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

Other conditions: Payment of any outstanding token tax (if any) is the responsibility of the successful bidder. Documents/registration books will be delivered only after completion of payment and other codal requirements. All applicable government taxes will be borne by the successful bidder. Vehicles will be handed over after transfer of registration (within 15 days). The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
