NDMA Auction — Vehicles & Motorbikes at NDMA HQ Islamabad on 18 August 2026

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad). NDMA intends to auction 22 off-road vehicles and 7 motorbikes. Inspection and auction location: NDMA HQ, Islamabad.

Important dates and time:

Inspection: 2026-08-17 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad.

Auction: 2026-08-18 at NDMA HQ, Islamabad at 1500 Hrs.

Requirements and payment conditions:

• Bidders must bring original CNIC at time of auction.
• Pay order / bank draft required in favor of NDMA: Rs. 10,000 against a motorcycle; Rs. 25,000 against a vehicle up to 1300 cc; Rs. 50,000 against a vehicle beyond 1300 cc (per vehicle).
• Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot. Full payment must be deposited in government treasury within three days; failure will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
• Payment of any outstanding token tax is the responsibility of the successful bidder.
• Vehicle documents/registration book(s) will be delivered only after completion of payment and other codal requirements.
• All applicable government taxes will be paid by the successful bidder.
• Vehicle will be handed over after transfer of registration.
• Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
