Issuing authority: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. PDA invites re-tenders through EPADS for construction and rehabilitation works under the Major Head: Diversion & Handling of Municipal/Industrial Effluents and Solid Waste polluting the major canals of Peshawar Valley (ADP No.1936/2010122). Key instructions and conditions:
- Bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Technical and financial bids are to be uploaded as per EPADS procedures.
- Mandatory registrations: EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) active, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR/NTN) active, and PDA/Provincial enlistment committee KP enlistment for the current year.
- Bid documents (sample form, BOQ, bidding documents, and bidding or contract data/BOQ) available from the PDA office and referenced e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk / EPADS). Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Director General, PDA and other required affidavits must be provided as specified in the bidding documents.
- Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-17 at 2:00 PM in the office of Director Canal Effluent / Director Roads-II, PDA.
