The Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Lakki Marwat issues a corrigendum to Advertisements INF(P) 3821/26 and INF(P) 3805/26 amending the NIT instruction at serial No. 05.
Contractors quoting bids more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit with their bid an additional security equal to the differential amount and a detailed rate analysis. Bids not accompanied by the required analysis and/or additional security will be deemed non-responsive, submitted securities will be forfeited in favour of the Government, and the next lowest bidder will be considered. This replaces the prior wording that such bids would be automatically non-responsive per KPRA Peshawar Notification No. PPRA/Enf/W.G/25-19/2026-27/2127 dated 03-07-2026. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
