MES (PAF) Chaklala — Pre-Qualification Notice for Appointment of Government Auctioneer (Aug 2026)

Military Engineer Services (CMES (PAF) Chaklala) invites applications for pre-qualification of Government Auctioneers for appointment to conduct auction of MES unserviceable and surplus stores/items for a period of one year.

Eligibility: Government Auctioneers enlisted as approved Government Auctioneers may apply. Firms/auctioneers not borne on the approved list may also apply but must provide additional documentation (see below).

Required documents (where applicable and as stated):

• Certificate giving details of auctions executed during the last two years and those currently in hand (for firms not on the approved list).
• Proof of being on the appropriate list of the concerned Department (where applicable).
• Statement of financial standing with necessary bank certificate.
• Details of staff employed.
• Details of tools and plants available.
• Details of previous experience, specifying type of work executed in the last two years and work in hand, duly attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer.

Only firms with sufficient relevant experience and those satisfying other special conditions required for the job and area will be issued tender documents. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized auctioneers on the stated issue date.
