FESCO Tender: Supply of 100-kVA Distribution Transformers (E-bids)

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids for the supply of 100-kVA Distribution Transformers under local funds through Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedure from WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOs approved manufacturers. Bidders must be registered in Category M-1, have a valid prototype, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Prices must be quoted in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties without any foreign exchange element.

Bidding documents with detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available (see EPADS/official websites). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2028-08-20 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.

Original bid security instrument MUST be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; otherwise the respective bid will not be opened. Notification of the Grievance Redress Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is available on EPADS.
