Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur invites online bids via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs) for the following works, goods and services. Bidders must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria in the bidding documents.

Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope (Procurement Rule 46(2)).
How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available online through EPADs as per the schedule on the EPADs portal and will also be available on the Aror University website. The portal URL (as published) and the university website: www.aror.edu.pk.
Bid security & processing fee: Required bid security and non-refundable tender processing fee must be submitted in favour of "Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur." Separate bids with separate bid security and processing fees must be submitted for each tender.
Bids must be submitted online on EPADs. Bids will be rejected if: technical bid is not accompanied by bid security and non-refundable processing fee; bid received without signature & stamp; bid is not submitted on the SPPRA/EPADs portal; or required documents per technical criteria are missing.
