Local Government (E-Baldia / CFMIS) is inviting sealed/online bids for public auction/lease of multiple municipal shops and plots. Bids are to be submitted through the CFMIS/E-Baldia system (CFMIS.lgkp.gov.pk). Each lot shows the scheduled auction date, size, reserve/estimated price, required security/earnest money and bid increment as listed below. Interested bidders must register on the e-system, deposit the required earnest/security amount, and comply with municipal terms and conditions. For full terms, conditions, and inspection, refer to the municipal office or the e-Baldia/CFMIS portal. Zero tolerance to corruption policy applies.
