Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Multan Circle.

Notice of claim for transfer of leasehold rights by way of inheritance in respect of Plot No. B-II (711.00 sq. yards), Survey No. 107/B-II, Bungalow No. 20, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt. The lessee was the late Mst. Maimoonah Masood (died on 26-10-2023, W/o Masood Ahmad).

The claim has been submitted by the legal heirs supported by an Affidavit dated 13-05-2026 (attested by the Oath Commissioner, Multan) and a Court Decree dated 05-09-2025 passed by Hassan Dilber, Civil Judge Ist Class, Multan.

Objections (if any) regarding the transfer of leasehold rights must be submitted to the Military Estates Officer, Multan Circle within 15 days from the publication of this notice; otherwise mutation will be made in favour of the named legal heirs.
