Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids (Single Stage Two Envelope) through EPADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible and experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding required statutory registrations for the following work.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Valid PEC registration in appropriate category (specified as C-5 or above with specialized code CE-09, CE-10 and EE-11 where applicable).
• Valid licensed registration from the Electric Inspector for Electrical Works issued by the Government of Sindh (Hyderabad Region) where applicable.
• Registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and active taxpayer status. Relevant renewal/registration challan(s) must be attached.
• Bidders should have average annual turnover as per FBR tax returns for the last five years not less than the estimated cost of the work.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation history, no blacklisting, and no involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.

Bid Security

Bid security in the amount of PKR 976,000 (in the shape of a pay order) in favor of "Sukkur IBA University" must accompany the bid.

Other Conditions

• Procurement entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per SPP Rules 2010 (as amended).
• Bids not accompanied by the required bid security and/or not meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected.
