Tender: Pre-Qualification of Government Auctioneer for MES (PAF) Chaklala

Issuer: CMES (PAF) Chaklala, Military Engineer Services. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of a Government Auctioneer to conduct auctions of MES unserviceable and surplus stores/items under PPRA rules. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized auctioneers on 2026-08-11. Completed tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hours on 2026-08-18 and will be opened on the same date at 12:00 hours.

Eligibility & submission requirements:

- Only firms/auctioneers enlisted as approved Government Auctioneer may apply. Firms not on an approved list must submit proof of being on the appropriate list of the concerned department.

- Non-enlisted firms must furnish: certificate of enlistment or equivalent proof, statement of financial standing with necessary bank certificate, details of staff employed, details of tools and plants, and previous experience giving details and type of work executed in the last two years and work in hand. All such documents must be duly attested by a Class-I Gazetted officer.

- Firms/auctioneers already on an approved list should provide an approved list certificate along with their application and give details of auctions executed during the last two years and those currently in hand.
