Regional Office, Crime Control Department, Rawalpindi Region invites sealed bids from experienced and financially sound firms for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – two envelope) procedures as per the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). Firms must provide company profile, NTN, GST/Sales Tax/Income Tax, Professional Tax and PRA registration certificate.
All rates must be inclusive of all taxes as prescribed by the Government and remain valid until 2027-06-30. Bid security amounts are shown in the table below and must be submitted through PSID from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

- Upload/submit bids on e-procurement portal by 2026-08-19 up to 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-19 at 10:30 AM via the e-procurement portal in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' representatives (if present).
- Bid security must be paid via PSID as per instructions on the e-procurement portal and rules mentioned in the tender documents.
