Issuer: Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA)
Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultancy services to design, deploy, and operate a National Digital Outreach, Advisory, and Capacity Building Program for MSMEs — Access to All (A2A). Reference: P73417. PID(L)283/26.
Procurement and selection method: Single Stage–Two Envelope (Open Competitive Bidding) using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
