Bank of Khyber — Invitation for Quotations: Civil Renovation Works (Swabi, Mansehra, Lahore, Multan)

Bank of Khyber invites quotations/offers from eligible, experienced and technically qualified PEC-registered engineering firms for civil renovation, fit-out and allied works at selected Bank branches. Procurement will be carried out through Negotiated Tendering under urgency in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Scope: Civil/renovation works including partitioning, flooring, false ceiling, electrical works and other allied works as per approved BOQs, drawings and technical specifications.

Mandatory / Eligibility Requirements

Completion & Penalty: Contractor must complete works within the stipulated period specified in the Contract/Work Order. Liquidated damages/penalty for delays will be applied. Payments will be made as per Contract/Work Order and may be adjusted against pending payments or Performance Security.

Procurement & Submission Procedure: Single-Stage — Single Envelope. Bidders shall submit complete Technical and Financial proposals, duly signed and stamped, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the procurement and branch. BOQs, drawings, specifications, terms and conditions and other relevant documents may be obtained from the Procurement Division, Head Office, Peshawar during working hours or downloaded from the Bank's website.

Prospective bidders must physically submit or collect procurement documents from the Procurement Division. Email or manual submissions after the prescribed deadline will not be entertained. The Bank reserves the right to verify credentials and to accept/reject any or all quotations in accordance with applicable rules.
