Issuer: Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA).

Purpose: Procurement of consultancy services to design, deploy, and operate a National Digital Outreach, Advisory, and Capacity Building Program for MSMEs — Access to All (A2A). Reference: P73417.

Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Selection technique: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
