Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites proposals for consultancy services to design, deploy, and operate a National Digital Outreach, Advisory, and Capacity Building Program for MSMEs titled "Access to All (A2A)" (Ref: P73417).
RFPs must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format is required.
