How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents are available from NORI Hospital, Hanna Road, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad during 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM on working days (except Sunday) on payment of the non-refundable tender document fee. Payment should be by bank demand draft or pay order in the name of Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box 1703, Islamabad.
Queries related to tender documents can be raised until 17-08-2026. Late queries will not be entertained. If any tender is not opened on the due date for any reason, it will be opened on 02-09-2026 (Wednesday). The tender notice is also available on the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk.
