The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites e-bids for the supply of steel wire rope for PMDC collieries. Bidding is through EPADS v2.0 under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
