HAZECO E-Bids: Rehabilitation & Reconstruction of Boundary Walls at 132kV Grid Stations Balakot & Oghi

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids (Single Stage One Envelope) from contractors registered with PPRA and enlisted with PEC for rehabilitation and reconstruction of tilled and fallen portions of boundary walls at 132kV Grid Station Balakot and 132kV Grid Station Oghi. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Paks/e-PAQS e-bidding platform in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key requirements and terms:

- Bid submission through e-PAQS / e-bidding only. Hard copy submission not accepted except as specifically required (original bid security where applicable).

- Contractors must be registered with PPRA, valid PEC registration (Civil) at required category (C-6 & above CE-10), and meet professional tax/FBR/KPRA obligations.

- Minimum experience: successful completion of similar civil contracts (documented) as per bid documents (experience period and minimum number of contracts as specified in bidding documents).

- Financial qualification: AATO (70% of estimated cost) and Financial Resources / Cash flow (30% of estimated cost) as stated in the tender notice. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form specified in the bidding documents.

- Bidders must provide certified/audited financial records and required documents for the last three years from a recognized firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (as applicable).

- Detailed bidding documents, conditions and instructions are available online at the e-bidding portal and the office of the Project Director (GSC) HAZECO Abbottabad. Prospective bidders must download documents and submit bids electronically by the stated closing time and date.
