Invitation to Bid — Procurement of IT Equipment for Airspace Management Lab (Pakistan Airports Authority)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites e-bids through ePADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for the procurement of IT equipment for the Airspace Management Lab. Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and comply with all terms, specifications and requirements available on the ePADS portal.

Key instructions: Original hard copy of Bid Security must reach the office before the Bid Submission Date & Time. Manual submission of bids is not permitted; bids must be submitted through the ePADS v2.0 e-bidding system. Prospective bidders must immediately inform PAA before bid opening and submit proof of Active Taxpayer List status (100% compliance) and GST/NNT certificates where applicable. Time period for performance: until satisfactory completion of contract and warranty period. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
