Unit Head – Home Remittance Business	OG-I	Minimum graduation (HEC-recognized); Master's or ACCA/ACAMS/AML/CFT certification preferred Minimum 4 years banking/financial sector experience with at least 2 years in Home Remittances/Correspondent Banking or related payment operations	Drive remittance revenue growth and partner performance Manage partner onboarding, pricing, contractual arrangements and regulatory/compliance requirements Coordinate settlements, reconciliations and operational issues with remittance partners Ensure adherence to AML/KYC/CTF and due diligence standards; prepare MIS and performance dashboards
Unit Head – Counterpart Support / Quality Assurance Department	OG-I	Minimum graduation (HEC-recognized); Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or relevant certification preferred Minimum 4 years banking/financial sector experience with at least 2 years in International Remittance / Correspondent Banking support, complaint resolution or quality assurance	Provide oversight and assistance to home remittance complaint handling and resolution Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Legal, IT) to resolve issues and ensure smooth partner operations Maintain MIS/records of remittance complaints and ensure timely resolution Support branch/RIA/partner coordination and prepare regular reports
Relationship Manager – Roshan Digital Account	OG-II	Minimum graduation (HEC-recognized); Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or relevant certificate preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in relationship management; prior digital banking experience preferred	Source new RDA customers and support account opening and onboarding Facilitate customer queries, KYC/documentation and digital account processes Coordinate with Operations, Product, Digital Banking and Centralized Account Opening teams Maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads and support resolution of account-related issues
Relationship Manager – Roshan Digital Account (Female)	OG-II	Same academic and experience requirements as the RDA Relationship Manager (above)	Same duties as RDA Relationship Manager: customer sourcing, account opening support, KYC, coordination and customer relationship maintenance

Assessment & Employment: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the basic eligibility will be invited for test/interview. Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per NBP policy.
